After this, we may arrange to have an initial, face-to-face meeting, where we can talk about your concerns and how we might work together. It will give you a good idea of how I work and whether it feels right for you. If you would like to come back, we would then arrange to meet once weekly, in the same place at the same time. All sessions are 50 minutes long. We can work to an agreed number of sessions (‘short-term’), say 6-12, or we can work for longer than this (‘open-ended’). It is hard to know at the start which will suit you best, so my suggestion is that we start and see how things go. We can review this at any time.
